Loved the photos. I think it may be the best video on the subject I've seen so far. Good job. Plus: I'm really impressed with the light control in the video recording; so many photographers (who shoot amazing pictures) have weird lighting in their video narrations - you're in full control of it. Wonderful.

if the angle is very very small, you can sometimes lift the arms off the top of the ears, just so very slightly and knock out that glare. be careful though so the arms arent so far off the ears the lenses are on an unrealistic tilt.

This and your recent video at the beach are the missing link for me with flash photography. I like natural light, however in backlit or low light scenes like this and the beach, the subjects can be dull and shapeless, and massive shadow recovery, and end up looking unnatural. The other option is to blast a 'perfect studio magazine cover style' flash and destroy the natural feeling. Your approach is flawless, and I am so excited to go and re-explore my favourite locations but with the dream light that I imagine in my mind. Thank you for sharing this with us all.

Big thanks for the info, sir Jiggie. I find it very interesting and I think I can start collecting portraiture gears to start for my small clients. I'm a wildlife/bird photographer and a macro photography enthusiast, a hobbyist per se. I just love taking pictures on both genres to share in my IG account, and my heart was fall into it. Since your links are taking me to Amazon, I'm now wondering if there are photography and studio equipment stores in the Philippines. I'm moving back there and Photography is my hobby. I'm trying to get some idea how I can re-tool after the big move.

Jiggie, I do a lot of Nature Photography. I used B+W filters. One filter saved my lens, I was using a snap on waist camera. The clip unscrewed I didn't realize until the camera fell from my waist. The filter shattered, the lens did not suffer any damages. I got UV filters for all my lenses. I think perhaps is a preference at the end. Thank you for your videos.
